Hello guys im please to say my I-130 has been approved after 7 long months... and to help substantially my mother has a fatal illness so we sent a request for Expediting and it was approved for the I-130 even tho it took 7 months O_o... i got a simple question and maybe a helping hand can guide me on what i should do.... I read somewhere that you have to do 2 different Expediting requests for I-130 and for one for NVC is this tru?? .. or doese it carry on as paper work to NVC... reason i ask is because im curious and would love to get back home with my parents.. or is it even necessary because i should have first priority for Interview since im unmarried, under 21 and son of US citizen/with adoption that is.. i just need some help if anyone would be willing to help i would appreciate it very much :):innocent: Let me add i know alot of people will say turn in I-485 or something but i overstayed and going to do Pilot I-601 Waiver Adjudication Program in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico

You have to ask to expedite again. Call the NVC and explain what you want and they will jump right on it. Ditto the embassy once the interview is scheduled...call them. CDJ is extremely busy, but they will expedite. The pilot program itself will speed things up and get you that waiver relatively quickly, but if you want more expertise, go to www.immigrate2us.net.....they are the experts in waivers, and they will be able to tell you exactly what to do and how long it will take.
