My send off date is October 16th and I want to make sure we have everything ready by then! Please look over my list and let me know if you think it'll be sufficient. I do have three more things I was considering including: copy of my passport showing I changed my last name, copy of both me and my husband's employee pay stubs to show the same address, and pictures spanning the last two years. I just haven't gotten around to making the last two copies or ordering pictures yet so let me know if you think I'll need any of those three! Thanks! :)

*I changed our names to 'XXX' and any other private info was Xed out as well.*

Payment in the amount of $590.00, personal check made for application fees

Form I-751, signed and dated by XXX

Copy of permanent resident card, front and back

Evidence of Bona Fide Marriage, including the following:

-Copies of both XXXX driver’s licenses, front and bank, with a copy of driver license update card showing co-mingling of address

-Copies of lease providing proof of co-mingling address from May 1st, 2009 to present

-Tax Transcripts for years 2010 and 2009 showing filing status as Married Filing Jointly

-Forms 1099-INT for years 2010 and 2009 showing joint ownership of bank accounts

-XXX Checkings and Savings account statments from December 2009 - September 2011, every 6 months, showing joint ownership of bank accounts

-XXX Savings account notifications showing joint ownership of bank account

-Geico Car Insurance ID Cards for policies dated December 2009 - Current policy showing both XXX as insured

-Fidelity Rental Insurance for policies September 2010 - September 2011 and September 2011 - September 2012 showing both XXX as insured

-Copies of dental cards for XXX showing the same Group Number as well as medical bills from dentist showing both XXX as patients

-Letter and statements from XXX Dealer Services showing joint ownership of loan account

-Copies of both XXX 401K Beneficiary Designation Forms

-Copies of both XXX W4 Forms showing tax withholding status as Married

-Copies of utility statements from both PECO and Verizon for 6 month intervals from June 2010 - September 2011 showing co-mingling address

-Copies of AT&T cell phone statements showing Family Plan we had until November 2010

-Itineraries and flight trip details of vacations taken together

-Copy of Netflix cover page showing co-mingling of address

-Copies of cards addressed to both XXX from friends and family

When I had my AOS interview, the IO didn't want to see the Netflix cover page.

Other than that, your list looks good.

Naturalization

July 19, 2014 - N400 packet sent out

July 21, 2014 - N400 packet delivered

July 23, 2014 - received email/text that I-797 is issued

July 26, 2014 - received I-797 in mail

August 11, 2014 - received the Biometrics notification

August 14, 2014 - biometrics walk-in (original date August 20)

August 18, 2014 - in line for interview scheduling

September 9, 2014 - yellow letter is received (letter is issued September 3)

November 3, 2014 - interview notice is issued (email/text alert)

November 10, 2014 - interview notice received with the interview date of December 11, 2014.

November 10, 2014 - request to reschedule mailed out

December 5, 2014 - interview notice is sent out (email/text alert)

December 11, 2014 - received an interview letter in mail

January 10, 2015 - interview on Saturday at 7am

January 26, 2015 - sent the requested documentation

February 26, 2015 - oath letter is issued (email/text alert)

March 2, 2015 - oath letter is received

March 18, 2015 - oath at 8am

Ok, thanks! I haven't sent it in yet - should I take out the Netflix page? I don't think it will hurt but I guess it may just not help..

I know my work offers a free one that is given to every employee, so I was not sure if you had anything like that...but 401k should be good enough :) best of luck!

Life insurance has nothing to do with having kids. If you house a spouse they should be your beneficiary in case something happens to you. Most companies I think offer some type of life insurance so I would look into it.

Life insurance has nothing to do with having kids. If you house a spouse they should be your beneficiary in case something happens to you. Most companies I think offer some type of life insurance so I would look into it.

I wish my company offered something like that but they don't. I just mentioned kids because that's when I plan on getting life insurance of my own, when we have kids.
