Just figured out that I did not sent enough photos with my AOS package (forgot four for I-131 and I-765) - total failure on my side. Anything I can do at this point or should I wait for an RFE ? Will that significantly delay the process ? Got NOA1s ~week ago...

People have done the same thing before and were never asked for more. They take your photo for EAD/AP combo card at your biometric appointment so all those photos aren't exactly used anyway. Just wait and see what happens is my suggestion.

I think what the OP meant was the passport size photos required for the AP and EAD. Anyways, like Nich-Nick said, there have been people who forgot to send them in as well and they weren't asked for it.

Actually came back home today and found biometrics notice in the mailbox - in case type it says I485 I765 - will there be separate one for I-131 (which I actually don't really need at all being on L-1, applied it for just because I could..)

There won't, you don't need biometrics for AP. There is just one biometrics appointment for the 485/765.

If you don't apply for AP with the EAD, they will give you a paper AP which has the physical photos that you send. They will send an RFE for this if you didn't include them.

If you apply for both, they'll combine them on the I-766 (EAD) and use the picture taken at the bio appointment. They also scan the photos you send, so you may get away with only sending one total since they've started doing this (perhaps beginning of this year?).

In your case, I don't think they'll want more.

Good news - thanks a lot guys !

I think that it may be worth adding an explicit info about it to the AOS guide - I know it's no excuse for not reading individual form instructions, but may help...

I got so fixed on making sure I have everything that I totally missed the photos...
