My Fiance wants to see America for about a year or two but then we want to move to China. I would rather not have to go through the whole k-1 process just to get her here in a reasonable amount of time is it possible to get her a tourist visa? I heard its insanely hard for chinese citizens to get tourist visa's to the US. How could i go about getting her a tourist visa? Also is there another type of Visa which would be easier for her to get?

She would need to show strong ties to China, but yes, it will be difficult. Having a US fiance will count against her as they might suspect she will come to the USA, get married and stay. Also, with a tourist visa she could only stay a maximum of 6 months at a time, not 1-2 years.

In which ways could she show strong ties to China? They wont know that we are engaged though will they? I cant think of a way they could find out.

Ties are anything which makes it likely that she will return to China after her stay: a good job, money in the bank, property ownership, a child staying behind, enrollment in university with fees for next semester already paid etc.

They probably won't know you are engaged, and she doesn't need to volunteer the info, but she also should not lie. So for example if they ask if she has a boyfriend in the USA, she must tell the truth. Or if she is planning to stay with you during her visit, they will likely ask who you are and what your relationship is like.
