Hi, I was just adding to my timeline at the Port of Entry part and noticed a place to add the date for "Got EAD Stamp" ....can anyone tell me what this stamp is?

(The only thing I can think is that it's the stamped I-94...?)

Thank you as usual

This is no longer usable by K-1s and you cannot use this to work.

Hi it stands for Employment Authorisation Document, but you will not get this until you apply for Adjustment of Status, which you will do sometime after you marry, usually before your I-94 date expires, which is 90 days. When you apply for Adjustment of Status you are applying for work permit, travel authorisation and LPR which is legal permanent resident but will need conditions lifting after 2 years. Good Luck I am just waitng for all my documents at moment I filed my I-485 and other docs 2 months ago. xxx

Years ago it was a stamp put in the passport of K1s allowing them to work during their 90 days. By 2008, it was not done by any POE except JFK airport in New York. I think because some were able to get it, a field was created for it in the timeline. It doesn't happen anymore so ignore it in your timeline.

It happens once in awhile tht you will get a stamp but the stamp DOES NOT allow a K1 to work. Work with it and you will forever have to answer YES to have you ever worked without authorizatition in the US ( or lie and get a misrepresentation charge )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
