Confirm please I-129F fee is $340.00? and mail to Texas?

I am putting the final touches on my I-129F application. Please confirm:

Question 1 - The application fee is $340.00? I recall 2 years ago I paid $455.00? Has it gone down?

Question 2 - The applications are now mailed to Dallas, Texas? I recall 2 years ago I mailed it to Laguna Hills, CA?

Well with these 2 questions answered I will hurry up and mail so I can wait, wait and more wait.

Thanks all for your kind help. I gather that the new fee is in fact $340. and the application gets sent to the Texas lock box. I also printed out a form where you can receive emails on the status of the application.

inky.. that is the only I-129(*) form i know of in the K1 section.. but thanks for pointing out my typo..

This is VJ, most people do not even look up any extra information other than what they are told, when you give advice yourself, you need to be careful as well. I-129 is a non-immigrant work visa.

Also just to add, make sure that you send in the exact amount!

Our application was sent back because there was an extra 10 dollars (it was 350 written on the check) and they asked my fiance to re-submit the application with the correct amount.

It caused us a delay of about 2 weeks.
