So Happy.. Finally got the approval. GC sent for production. YAY...all the best for the remaining folks

Removal of Condition

Notice of Receipt - 10/17/2011

May 2012 - Followed with USCIS about the status. They told that they have sent a Bio metric appointment and I never came to give Bio metrics. I told them that I have not recieved any such appointment. They said they will send another one.

Bio metric Appointment - 06/22/2012

Approved & Card ordered - 07/25/2012

hi fellows,

I assume some of us are preparing the packet for the N400, (like me)

So, does any of you thinking of reusing the paperwork we turned in for ROC? I mean re-using like lease, loans, bank statement which was the same dates, or should we request for newer ones?

Received Phil's GC today!! It's such a relief to have it in our hands. We're going up to NY this weekend again to meet with the landlord of the place we applied to. Now that we have the GC we are good to move whenever! :D To those still waiting for the approval/GC, your time will come so soon! I'll still be here until we are all approved :thumbs:

Cutie_patootie, I'm not sure, Phil won't be applying for citizenship anytime soon (if ever).

Hello everyone! I have been reading and searching on this website for awhile but never got around to registering until today! Congrats to those that have been approved!

My letter says they received my package on Oct, 24, 2011 and I have yet to hear anything from them. I recently started checking everyday since the service centers have been coming around to Oct. filers. I will keep everyone posted if I receieve any updates.

Hi all,

Was driving home in a tornado and had a weird feeling that I might be getting some sort of notification from USCIS (either a RFE or an approval). Got home and noticed a mail from USCIS; opened it with my hands shaking. :dance: Got my approval that was dated 7/23 :dance:

The letter also says to expect my greencard in 60 days. I'll update once my card arrives. Never got any email or text although I signed up for it :whistle:

Thanks for all your support and this forum has helped me a lot. I'll also try to stay on here until all VSC applicants get approved...Go VSC GO...

If you'd like to give us the dates you mailed out your I-751, issue date of NOA and biometrics appt date we can add you to the list! :) Hope you get your approval soon!

We're all in this together! Besides I would feel super lonely if everyone else had gotten approved and left and I was still waiting.

I hope you hear soon faloak..the waiting stinks :(

Gets little paranoid though regarding the postage. Found out this week that our favorite mailman has no longer serve our area and this new guy has misplaced our postage in the wrong mailbox within neighbors aaarrgghh!! Its happened twice so far :bonk:
