With regards to the bank statement issue, I can tell u what I did for both my ROC and AOS. I got a letter from the bank addressed to the office. Amongst other things, the letter included our account number, names of those on the account, how long the account has been opened. They also wrote on there that the account has been active for the last 3 years, and been in good status. I made sure both the letter and envelope (bank envelop) was stamped. Contact info and signature of the bank manager was also included, directing the office to contact them if they had any questions.

Make sure you are sending documentation that spans over the amount of time you've been married. Only sending 1 statement doesn't show that your joint status has remained through the years. Send quarterly statements. Good luck!

I've been totally out of touch. My husband was admitted to hospital on 23rd April, airlifted to Nashville May 9. He had a liver transplant on may 30th, and was finally discharged to the hospital Lodge yesterday. We have to hang around here until they give him the all clear, which might be another couple of months.

I have my mail at home picked up every day. No news so far. Although I confess I've had more on my mind lately than stressing over my GC.

I am so sorry to hear that you had such a stressful time. I am really glad it all worked out at the end. I hope your GC approval will get to you soon as well, so you have one less thing to deal with..

I have my package sent on 10/22/2011, NOA on 10/24/2011, FP on 11/17/2011. and I have an email on 7/10/2012 said my case approval.

Hello my fellow October 2011 filers! I've been Missing in action here but I got good news! I got the Congratulatory letter today! Woot woot! :dance: This means, we should be hearing a lot more good news, especially from those who filed at Vermont I can feel the positive vibes for everyone ,lol. by the way, the letter is dated July 9,2012, for the record.

Congrats Maset! Hopefully VSC starts filling in the gaps! :dance:
