Awesome! I did not expect them to update the processing statuses, considering they just done that on 30th of April, but it is great to see that they are mowing (VERY SLOWLY) ahead... I was not even going to check that site for another couple of weeks, so I am glad I stopped by here to get the good news from you :) .

Are you hoping that October will be done in July (I am...)? Not that our hopes matter, but we might as well start some guessing game to make this less of the torture... I am guessing that your approval date will be July 12th and mine will be July 20th :)

BTW, what do you guys make of the fact that CSC is also showing Aug 1st as processing date for I-751?? I thought they were 6 months before the update? Whoever is posting the data is not doing any logical check on it....

Please ignore the above note - my browser did not refresh and I thought I was looking at CSC but I was still on VCS... and for some reason I could not edit my post above :(

I sure am hoping for July as Phil and I are visiting Canada in mid-August. I know we can legally travel with his expired GC and letter but I'd just feel better if we had the 10 year GC by then!

That's great news that VSC has moved into the August filers.

Good luck to all who filed with VSC. Looks like approvals for this group will start in July.

Nice to see you again Greg! Couple more months to go for us!

Hopefully it is a sign that things are speeding up there across the board.

I hope so!

Well we heard from that job Phil applied to in NY where my brother in law works. They definitely want to hire him but because of current changes in the company, they don't have a timeline yet for a start time. I guess this is fortunate news for us because we really didn't want to move until we get his 10 yr GC anyway. I just hope it all lines up at a time that works out!

Great news! I am sure you are very excited. Isn't it interesting how things in life just work out sometimes... as much as it is painful to wait so long for GC, it seems that things are falling in to places where it will not have negative impact on your plans....

Best luck!
