Oh, and here's an update: our baby came 9 days early! Chloe Marisol was born 12/15...8 lbs, 21.5" long, lots of black hair like her Daddy!

Hope everyone else's waiting time is as eventful as our's! :)

Nothing so far in the post about the last set of fingerprints. They only took 7 days last time to send me a second letter, so I am not sure if I am out of the woods, or if they are still going to send

FINALLY! :dance: USCIS definitely tested your patience with that one didn't they? Your local office must be really busy. I'm glad you've finally got your appointment though!

They certainly did Rebecca! I'm just relieved that i have a date for my biometrics finally. I was kinda worried thinking that my file is lost coz of that glitch we had with 6 receipt letters.

Now i'll just have to prepare for the long drive out of state. My ASC office is in New Orleans :(

I hope those that don't have their bio dates yet will get theirs before the week is over. Hang in there, it's coming guys. (F)

It'll be a 4-hour drive for us one way. but on the bright side, we will be stopping in Biloxi and maybe spend a night there.

I got a free room at the Hard Rock. Hubby will just have to buy us dinner :D

Hmm I wonder if your original bio letter got lost in the mail like STARCOOKIE's did.. ?

Definitely call them because you are well past the 30 day mark. Just tell them the date you received your NOA and that you haven't received any biometrics appointment yet.

So Biometrics done and all how long before we hear again from USCIS?

That is the magic question! Hopefully before Summer is my goal! :thumbs:
