Yeah all the NOA's say to submit evidence. I guess they put it as a "just in case" kind of thing. Maybe others send in the I-751 first and then wait to send in the evidence after? Who knows! :blink:

That seems really risky. You would think they wouldn't even allow separate mailings as they would have to then find the original papers...as strict as they are with everything else!

03.15.17 - scheduled for an interview on 04.21.17, had to write a letter asking for a reschedule because we will be out of the country

Yeah I'm sure it's not USCIS' first choice, but I'm guessing not everyone is as organized and prepared as those who go on VJ ;):whistle:

Sometimes the wording they use is a tad obscure. Like anyone would send the application and nothing else. :blink:

Added our early Bio today.

The Security guard at the Naperville Illinois ASC was a real Witch with a capitol "B"! The supervisor stepped in and was able to get us accommodated with only a slight wait.

Had our bio appt yesterday. Got there 30 min early and only one group in front of us. The guy at the counter was a kick. Had a funny personality. Was out the door 5 min before our scheduled appt. time. All went well. No update to receipt yet. Hope to get a touch soon.

I'm sending mine in this month...a quick question about the Biometrics....whats involved??...What do I need?

After the whole big wait for the GC we are here again going through this lol....Will it ever end?!!!

Hi there! Since you'll be filing in November, you may want to join the November filers' thread instead, found here:

You are of course still welcome to post here if you feel more comfortable, but your timeline would be added to the November filers list in the thread above :thumbs:

As for the biometrics, you will receive an appointment letter about a month after you file and you will need to bring that letter, along with picture I.D. The letter states everything you will need to bring which are those two items. Best of luck!

Went to Atlanta ASC today for Biometrics, turned up 30 mins early, was in and out before my actual appointment time. Staff were very friendly, a very positive experience.

Glad to hear about the positive Biometrics appointments! I was considering going in early but we've already taken off the day it's scheduled and it's certainly not easy to get to! I'll just wait until the 23rd I think.

They seem to be more sporadic with touches for the ROC process. I wouldn't worry too much.
