Sent out the package today but since the NOA date is going to be in October might as well start a fresh thread.

We're sending this out very late, over the past two months we've been very occupied with my stepson whos been in and out of hospital and not had the opportunity to get this sorted up until now. I hope we didn't leave it too late, my card expires on the 21st October. :unsure:

Looking through the threads (Aug, Sept filers) nice to see some many familiar faces applying for removal of conditions, I hope you've all settled down with your spouse and life in the USA. :)

Good Luck! You're not late: as long as your package reaches USCIS before your expiration date you're fine.

Hope your stepson is ok right now!

Naturalization

July 19, 2014 - N400 packet sent out

July 21, 2014 - N400 packet delivered

July 23, 2014 - received email/text that I-797 is issued

July 26, 2014 - received I-797 in mail

August 11, 2014 - received the Biometrics notification

August 14, 2014 - biometrics walk-in (original date August 20)

August 18, 2014 - in line for interview scheduling

September 9, 2014 - yellow letter is received (letter is issued September 3)

November 3, 2014 - interview notice is issued (email/text alert)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Ironically, I just realized I sent out our AOS packet exactly 2 years prior to when our ROC is due to be sent out! :blink:

We are new here, have been lurking a long time. We couldn't have filed the AOS without all the help received here at VJ. Now we are at ROC, and just sent the packet to CSC today! Please add us to the list.

03.15.17 - scheduled for an interview on 04.21.17, had to write a letter asking for a reschedule because we will be out of the country

03.31.17 - scheduled for an interview again
