Not sure why this is posted here under the waiver section. It should be in the K1 or the US Consulate section... anyway...

Yes, here is where the "Packets" come into play and waiting on the Jamaican postal service is futile sometimes.

Almost all the information in the packets is available online.

Let me do a search and find the post with the info.

Congrats, you are almost there!

You can request they be e-mailed, some have gotten them that way others have not.

All of the info is online, once Kingston gets the approved petition, the beneficiary can submit the DS230 part 1 and then an interview will be scheduled

It looks like you were not the only one...

What I did was find the ds230 form online.(I googled it). I filled it out scanned it and emailed it to the jamaica consulate for my fiance. I made sure I checked the yes box for the question on whether or not someone assisted in filling out the form and I put my name and address and required. This is the fastest way to get an appointment. After you email the ds230 they will send you everything that's in packet 3 this includes ds156,156k, and 157 along with the medical document and further instructions along with the interview date and time. I emailed it to consularkingst@state.gov and kingstonininfo@state.gov. I received a response within 20 minutes. Be sure to put 2nd inquiry his case number, his name, your name and both of you guys date of birth in the subject line. If u wait to receive it through post office u will be waiting forever. Good luck
