This is the instruction for fiance non-immigrant visa applicants from u.s embassy in Cambodia.

FIRST: Completet and return by mailing immediately to this office the enclosed Form DS-230-I, Application for immigrant visa and alien registration, Part I, Biographic Data, Form I-134 (Affidavit of support), and This Form OF-169. This office cannot process your case until these forms are received.

My question are:

1. Should i attache an Original or a copy of National ID card to support the form DS-230 before i sent it to the u.s embassy in Cambodia?

2. Should i attache my fiancee's paystub, tax return (last 3years)and Job letter to support the Form I-134? Or just keep those support document to bring with on my interview date?

3. What is Form I-864 (Poverty Guideline)? Should i or my fiancee fill the form? or any other person who sponsor me?

Looking forward hearing from you.....

Thanks

You just send off what they asked for and any supporting documents that go with them. I-864 is for AOS after marriage I-134 is affidavit for K1. Do you meet the poverty guideline 125% if not then you the petitioner need a co sponsor who also fills out I-134

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month
