Why is California taking so long ????

Hi !! When I filed by paperwork in the beginning of June. I was so excited because it went to the Calfornia Service Center. California was processing in 3 months very consistently. NOW it seems they have been horrible with processing approvals. One approval every few days it seems. Now Vermont is cranking them out :( Anyone else in the same boat with California ? :(

At this time of year every year they start working on other petitions as well and k-1s tend to take a back seat it seems. I would guess that VSC is going faster now because they are working with K-1 as priority and other petitions taking back seats instead. Likely they alternate doing this and thats why one is faster than the other at different times.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
