The cutoff priority date for F4 (sibling of USC) is 2000/05/15 for candidates born in countries other than MIPC (Mexico, India, Phillipines, Mainland China).

Mum can, after approval file for your siblings so long as they are unmarried; if aged under 21, they go as F2A, aged over 21 F2B.

let us just say the average approval for the IR case with USCIS is 4-6 months.. After the approval since the case would be current you can expect immediate processing which could be about 2-4 months including the interview stage. This could be true if the case has no interruptions.

Estimate

Under 21 = 2-3 years (F2A)

Over 21 = 7-8 years (F2B)
