I don't know if there's a difference. I do have one daughter. My husband and I got married here in the Philippines. He filed for CR1 (for me) and CR2 (for my daughter). it took us almost a year before we got aour visa approved (oh well due to some unexpected delays for requirements). We haven't had any problems in our documents as long as I sent to him (husband) all the original and keep another copy to me (all original as well). I am still here in Manila and will be leaving next month for US to be with my husband. Oh, we did not hire any lawyer, what we did is just follow procedure for the requirements
