Congrats on the approval. I remember how it felt to get that notification.

My answers to your questions are in bold.

1-which things should i be preparing for the packet, like which documents and do i have to include more passaport pictures this page gives a list of documents that will need to be submitted; more passport pictures will need to be included

2-when and how can i contact NVC for my case number and this IIN number i see in post allow 1 week for the NVC to receive the file

3-for the i864, are W-2's ok to send for my joint sponser and myself if you send W2's, you will also have to send a copy of the tax return form also, an alternative for you and your joint sponsor is to send tax transcripts

4-about aproximately how long is the wait after the i130 approval Recently, it has been around one month from NOA2 to receiving a case number from the NVC

do you know about how long it will take to get the next packet from NVC?

Don't wait on any packets from the NVC. You need to be proactive with them, as I said earlier, give the NVC one week to receive your file, then start calling them. This is there number, (603) 334-0700; the best time to call is 10pm-midnight Eastern Time. When you call and the recording starts, push 1, then 5 which will take you straight to an operator. You will need your USCIS receipt number. The operator will be able to tell you if the NVC has received the file and whether or not it is in the system. Once it's in the system, they can tell you the case number and invoice identification number (IIN).

Congratulations!

In addition to the website Ryan H linked you to, this guide gives a very clear and concise breakdown of what happens at NVC. It's a useful tool for when you need a quick reference/review of the NVC process. However, do take note that despite what the guide says, lately it's been taking about a month to get a NVC case number.

Good luck!
