I just got my AOS and DS-230 packages sent in, including coversheet and all documents. I am having surgery shortly so my hope was to have everything there as RFE will cause a huge problem. I don't think the website does a good job showing what you need to send in, as I have gotten most of my info from here.

Now I am wondering if I was supposed to include some receipt for fees paid, although the coversheet was generated? Anytime we have updated our case, they say, fees have been paid, please send us missing documents............

Thank You

I just sent mine yesterday and I agree, the website is ridiculous. Very vague. I did include my receipt but I was told after it was not needed as they have record of that. The cover letter and documents are most important

I just sent mine in yesterday the AOS, and the DS-3032, I called several time and they're rushing me off the phone, and I'm simply asking them what documents I should include, and they're telling me just send it and we'll see whats missing... great service....

But here is my questions? I paid for the AOS and sent that, at the NH office Suite 100, and the (Choice of Address/Agent) DS-3032 and the same office in NH Suite 200....

They said first, I can send both the documents together in 1 package, then I called later and they said NO you have to send both those documents in a separate package, given that I'm in Serbia, still waiting months now, I paid $48.50 just for the DS-3032 to be sent to suite 200,they said because I don't it might get over looked... It was only 1 piece of paper....

Also I asked if I can send the (App. for Immigrant Visa/Alen Reg) DS-230 Form along with the AOS, they first said YES and NO, and I literally called every other day to see what they say always got a different answer.

My other question is do I have to wait to send the DS-230, because I have to pay for it first or could of I sent it along with the other documents?

Have any of you experience this? Please Advise?

You can send them together, BUT you must wait until you have paid both invoices--you need to include the bar code sheets and you don't ahve access to them until you have paid.

I dsent the document cover sheet for whatever AOS or IV. However, never once did I send the receipt page though one operator told me he was waiting on it. Case was still complete without it as they can clearly see that the bills were paid.

Answer...no need to send. The document cover letter and the docs were good enough.
