I don't know about the embassy in Lebanon, but I'll take a stab at this. Age difference is a big issue in MENA countries. There again, no embassy can deny anyone solely and exclusively based on an age difference. So, to overcome this issue, the first thing you must do is prepare yourself for the interview. They will ask you everything and anything you may imagine about her. From her workplace, to the kids information and even maybe her past employers... who knows? You must answer accurately and honestly. Bring pictures of the 2 of you together and if your family and her family are in the pictures, better. Chat logs, phone bills, emails, letters, letters from family and friends vouching for you... all is good.

If you've exchanged money, that may send a red flag as they may think you are paying her as part of a fraudulent agreement. Did you got married in your first visit? How did you get engaged? Did you provide receipts and evidence of an ongoing relationshiop? How many times have you seen each other since you've been married? All of these issues may be cause for a denial, keeping the age gap in consideration.

Good luck.

This will definetely, almost for sure, will raise a red flag.

Don't ever do anything you're not willing to explain the paramedics.

The only thing you can do is get as much evidence as possible of the ongoing relationship. Call logs, chat logs, pictures, anything you can think of.

Do not mention money. If she comes to the interview, it'll help. The most important thing is for you to answer the questions accurately and sincerely and bring as much evidence as possible.

Don't ever do anything you're not willing to explain the paramedics.

You must be truthful and be prepared to answer why did you marry in her first visit. That's a huge red flag. Even within US citizens that's a big deal. Bring evidence that you had planned to get married during that visit, that both your families approved of that wedding, that you had communication with her family prior to the wedding, that she had communication with your family prior to the wedding... in other words, bring evidence that you had a genuine engagement prior to this wedding.

I think this is your biggest stumbling block, even more than the age gap.

Is she your same religion? Does she have children older that you or at least around your same age?

Don't ever do anything you're not willing to explain the paramedics.
