My wife just received her Visa from the embassy in Bogota. She has quite a few things to do before coming to the U.S that could take 3 or 4 months, does anyone know how much time she has before she HAS to come or the Visa will expire?

You have 6 months from the date the visa was issued, don't leave it late as they will not issue a new visa you would have to start the process again.

The expiration date is printed on the visa, your wife MUST enter the US prior to that date.

You have 6 months from the date the visa was issued,

While that is typically the case, sometimes visas will be valid for less than 6 months, that's while it's important for the OP's wife to check the expiration date printed on the visa and use the visa prior to that date.

Incorrect on two different points.

First as it relates to the OP: OP and his wife are already married, his wife will be entering on a spousal visa. There is no need to officially marry again (although nothing stopping them from having another ceremony).

Second as it relates to any K1 filers reading this: The 90 day requirement to get married is 90 after entering the US using a K1 visa; not 90 days to marry after the visa is issued.

That's for Fiance VIsa (K1)... CR1 visa take between 4 or 6 months. I think date should be appear in her visa.
