I have a tax ID number, will this be a problem when I go to the Interview because I know your not suppose to work. However the reason I got the number was to open a back account and file taxes with my husband. Please advise

A Tax ID doesn't mean that you worked. An ITIN is exactly so you can bank and file taxes. If you truly haven't worked then you won't have a problem.
