I am an American who is married to a Spanish citizen (have been married since 2005). We are currently living in Spain and are going to start the IR1 visa process by sending in a I-130. I have the following questions:

1. My ¨supporting evidence¨ includes our marriage certificate, evidence of a joint bank account here in Spain, and an official document from the local town hall showing a common residence. All documents are in Spanish with an official English translation. Would this be considered enough evidence?

2. I have to use an attachment sheet for our G325A´s for our work experience for the past 5 years (employer´s full name, address, etc.). I copied the boxes use on the form in an excel spreadsheet and will use that as an attachment. Would this be acceptable?

Thanks everyone for all your help in advance!

1. That is good for I-130 petition as supporting documents.

2. If you can not fit the information in G-325A, you can always add a sheet and sign that sheet also.
