I am a USC and I am applying for my mother and father. They came into the country in 2000 and their visa has expired. On the form it says "current USCIS status" and I am not sure what to put here. Also, it asks for 5 years of employment, but my mother was injured on the job and is temporarily disabled, although she is technically still employed, just not working at the moment, should I put this in the employment history?

Last question, on the G325a, it asks for their parent birthdate, but we are not sure what year their parents were born, is this an issue? All my grandparents are deceased so we have no way of finding out for sure.

Thank you for any help!

***** Moving from Bringing Family... to AOS from Tourist... as OP's parents are already in the USS *****

For status, I'd put the visa she originally came in on, then out of status. So for example "Tourist- out of status".

If she is seen as employed by her employer, put that. Has she been paying taxes? If not, her working illegally may be an issue.

Parent's birth date: I would put unknown, then write a cover letter explaining why you don't know, and give an approximation.
