DS-3032 mail or e-mail??

Hi, I got an e-mail with the DS-3032 form. We will be having the interview in Ciudad Juarez and I'm wondering if I can e-mail the DS-3032 to the National Visa Center, or if I need to have my husband print it, sign it and actually send it.

its better to email it to nvc it fast and less cost..i email my ds3032 to nvc and it works...just do this..http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form...it works for me hope it works for you too..god blessed..

Actually, neither. Since you're going through Mexico, you're going to be doing two online forms, one of which is the online version of the DS-3032 called the DS-261. Sign in here: https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx?signout=true and fill out and then submit the DS-261 online.

You'll be doing the DS-260 later once the IV bill is appearing as PAID. The DS-260 is the online version of the DS-230.
