So My mother-in-law in Peru has an interview thursday. She just tried to go pay the fee and was unaware that the rules had change so you need to pay first now. So she is stuck in the cracks of the system change. She called everyone, we all scanned the website vigourously. No time to cancel the appointment and make a new one. She is heading to Lima tonight is there anything she can do? Everyone else says the same thing to just print the DS... receipt and bring it to the bank, but the bank is under strict rules to only accept a 10 digit number on a deposit slip. Hope someone has a hopeful answer...
