Re-Admission on VWP?

My Mum and Brother are currently visiting the States on the VWP. When they arrive here I am planning on taking them to Niagara Falls and possibly over to the Canadian side.

I just wanted to know if they leave the U.S to go into Canada for a day or two at most will they be let back in to the U.S. without any issues on the VWP?

I did a quick search but have really found nothing solid to be sure about the chances.

Just quickly they both are travelling on Australian Passports arrived in NYC on the 24th of September and have return tickets to Australia for the 14th of October.

Shouldn't be a problem, though their VWP time will not reset by going to Canada. As long as they have time left on their original 90 day entry, they're good to go.

Being an Australian, entering Canada only requires them to show a passport. Its all part of the commonwealth....Your VW lasts for 12 mths I believe .... so you can come and go multiple times...

The weird thing is you have to go home from where you come from within the 3 mths period....

You will not have problem re-entering specially after a visit to Canada side, you can let offier at POE know that you had gone to Canada to holiday.

Your 90 day clock would not re-set as Harpa mentioned.
