Forget to attach one document

I applied for spouse visa and got the case number from NVC. They asked to submit the fees so I paid via ACH. Paid both the AOS fees and other fee (404.00) I forgot to attach one sheet. Can i resend it like the same way i did the first one? or do i have to fill out any form?

Also what is my next step? DO i send civil and all other documents to my spouse? I have chosen myself as an agent.

I went to travel.state.gov and saw i was on step 4.

Based on what you wrote here, I am assuming you are the beneficiary. If that's the case, you don't need to send your spouse anything as you submitted required documents to the NVC yourself and anything you have left, keep it because you will need it for the interview.

I forgot to attach AOS sign in page (last page)

Based on what you wrote here, I am assuming you are the beneficiary. If that's the case, you don't need to send your spouse anything as you submitted required documents to the NVC yourself and anything you have left, keep it because you will need it for the interview.
