My fiance is in Thailand and I am just starting to get the application together for the fiance visa. I made the mistake of trying to get info from the USCIS but learned they are not helpful with getting direct answers. So I am turning to all of you for help and guidence along this journey. I am sure there will be more questions down the road.

Can my fiance have her picture taken and attach the digital file to an email for me to print on glossy photo paper, at the size needed? Or does she have to send me the original photo from the photographer?

For the forms requiring her signature, can she scan and email them to me, or does she have to mail me the originals.

The time it takes to get things from Thailand to the US will slow the process down, but not as mush as having to do it twice because you did it wrong the first time.

Thanks for any help you guys can give me. This is exciting, but makes you a little anxious at the same time.

You can print the photos. The signatures need to be original. Good luck.
