Are you referrering to G325A or DS-230? Since you mentioned last 5 years, I am presuming it is for G325A. If you have not worked, then fill all the last 5 years addresses - if your oldest address that covers the 5 years is from a date older than 5 years, then use that from date - meaning, don't break the oldest address showing just from the beginning of the 5th oldest year but from the actual start of thst residency.

For employment, show the unemployment period also. If you are unemployed say from 07/01/2009 to 06/30/2010, Then show that also and in the occupation enter "None" or "Student", as the case may be. Here also just don't break the oldest employment (as explained above). Include all foreign addresses also and remember that you will provide same details but for 10 years in DS-230 for the Beneficiary (Foreign spouse). Hope you get this.
