Our interview is tomorrow and I just realized. when I filled out a form on the USCIS web-site that is bar coded.I think its the DS-156 and you must fill it out before printing it. I stated Betty was never refused a visa before  .

but in February of this year she applied and was refused a 6 month holiday visa. I had just forgotten about this.

Now is this info already in the USCIS or can I simple cross out None and fill the correct information in that she was refused a visa in February this year??

Or must I redo the whole form and reprint it from the USCIS web-site ?? I do not have access to a printer now. which will make this very difficult

The information on the printed out form must match the bar coded form. I would redo the form and find some way to print it out. You could redo the form and take the original form in with the item crossed out with a single line and the correct information hand written in to the interview and explain that you could not print the file. If you have the ability to print it out as a pdf do that and take the new form to the interview on a flash drive.

I would fix the form on-line and find some way to save it so I could offer it at the interview. Maybe the IO will be able to print out the new version during the interview. Maybe a hotel, internet cafe, or business would let you use their printer for a price.

Sorry, but we had access to a printer, but I know how frustrating it can be when you don't.

Good luck.

Dave

If it is the DS-156 I think you can reprint it. It does have a barcode but the information, as far as I know, isn't processed online. When I printed this form out I noticed a huge typo, so I went back and re-filled the form and printed it out again. I didn't have any problems with this.
