Affidavit related question

Hi people, please help. We have submitted a joint sponsorship for my case. At the time we had to submit it, my husband had just started working and was not technically hired yet. He only had a part-time weekend job. So we took joint Sponsorship from his cousin. Her income was more than enough. A month later my husbands job was made permanent which is enough for the two of us but the joint sponsorship is still there to be safe. Now my question is, his cousin had 1 daughter at the time of submitting the papers and she was pregnant then. So we only mentioned the 1 daughter she had on the form. She delivered recently. Now if at the interview they ask me how many kids she has, what do i say? And do i have to do something, like submit a new paper mentioning the new addition to the family. Even with the new kid, the income is still more than enough... And besides with my husbands new job, his income is also enough for us. So do i do nothing or what do i do? Thanks.

Bring an updated I-864 from your joint sponsor that reflects her recent addition to the interview.

Thanks, will do that. But do you think it will require additional administrative work? I hope it doesn't cause any delay at the time of the interview. I hope i get the visa that same very day.

Take the revised I-864 and you should be fine. Also take a latest I-864 of your husband also (you can use it in case you have any issues with co-sponsor's AOS), because he now can sponsor on his own.

Yes, i sure will, and my husbands AOS is not problem at all. Can carry as many copies as i want. Its just that his last years income was not enough, so we had to take the joint sponsorship. The new job will be sufficient to verbally convince them, but on paper i guess we still would require a joint sponsor. So thanks for the input. Will surely carry the new AOS. There is no reason to conceal this info from them, right. It would be wrong..
