Dear all,

I am a USC and applying GC for my mom. My father died 10 years ago and my mom is a widow and still has her last name from my father.

1) I am filling DS320 form for my mom and I am confused whether to provide my father's information on line 14-18 (father names/date of Brith/occupation etc...) or leave it blank.

2) I am a house wife and currently unemployed. My husband takes cares of financial. As part of Affidavit of Support (AOS) I have filled form I-864 and My husband has filled I-864A. Please verify if I am missing any other documents that needs to submit to NVC. Please note that my husband income is above the yearly income requirements.

3) When should I mail the douments (AOS and DS320) to NVC. should I expect letter asking for these doc from NVC or once the respective onlinepayment application fee is processed I should understand that it is time to send the docments.

Please help.Thank you
