d,

I-765 is processed by the National Benefits Center (for marriage-based situations at least). Look at the USCIS processing dates for a rough idea (keeping in mind that the dates indicate when processing begins, not when it ends).

My son and I had our Bio's done yesterday in Atlanta.

I am hoping I dont have to wait that much longer to get my card. It has been 79 days now since our NOA's.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.
