Timeline

Yesterday i email NVC and i got replay they said that:-

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The petition has been returned to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration

Services (CIS-formerly known as INS). Any further inquiries should be

directed to CIS.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Its confused me bz i was thinking that my case had been back to US embassy, so please guide me that its indicate.

I think is saying your back at USCIS call them.

07/25/2011 CO called did phone interview result: PENDING MANDATORY AP/CO told us they have to do namechecks

03/07/2013 Case returned to USCIS waiting for NOIR/reaffirmation

04/18/2013 USCIS received case for review

08/19/2013 Received NOIR to respond by 9/18/2013

9/9/2013 Responded to NOIR/USCIS received documents awaiting response

9/20/2013 USCIS reaffirmed sent to embassy

1/04/14 Case opened for review

8/31/15 Interview- no questions visa approved on the spot

9/8/15 visa status issued

9/10/15 visa received

9/19/15 POE Charlotte

Timeline

When the embassy denies a case it is first sent to the NVC. The NVC then returns it to USCIS for review. If the case is reaffirmed it is sent back to the embassy.

You need to call DOS 1-202-663-1225 and ask about your case. I am sure the beneficiary can call DOS.

I think the NVC have old information and maybe they USCIS send my case directly to US embassy and USCIS said that we had send the approval notification of this case to us embassy and port of entry contact them directly. :innocent:

Timeline

Changing from CR1 to IR1 is a good thing in a way that you don't have to worry about applying for removing condition and you will get a GC for 10 years.

02/07/2011 I-130 to Chicago Lockbox

02/22/2011 Priority date

02/24/2011 Received hard copy of NOA1 in mail

06/11/2011 I-130 transferred to USCIS office

09/02/2011 RFE

09/13/2011 RFE docs delivered to local office

09/29/2011 Additional RFE package delivered

10/11/2011 Senator's office informed APPROVED

11/05/2011 NOA2 in snail mail.....forgot about it...

NVC

10/24/2011 case recieved

11/18/2011 Case # assigned..

11/21/2011 AOS fee paid online & DS-3032 sent through email

11/23/2011 Agent of choice through email accepted. Paid IV fee online..

11/25/2011 Both fees show "paid". Sent AOS & IV in one package...

11/28/2011 AOS & IV packets delivered.../letter rcvd-Expedite request denied..huh..

12/02/2011 RFE on phone for AOS section 25..

12/03/2011 Revised I-864 sent..

12/09/2011 Case complete.

01/26/2012 Medical done..

02/07/2012 Interview done but temp denied.. green 221g

A Hard wait begins...Plz God help....
