Just wondering if there are any June filers who have not even received their rfe's let alone getting approved. With approvals coming in for July, I dont know if I should be getting worried that my rfe has not even come. I looked at Gary's timeline (thanks a bunch) and it is not too encouraging to look at. :crying:

Hi ! We have a June 29th NOA1.....and was just informed by e-mail that I have a RFE sent on Sept 16. I was starting to think I wouldnt get one either. Hopefully you will get one in the next few days!!

Removal of conditions

09-29-09 : Mailed I-751 ( The game is now started)

10-02-09 : Delivered, 3:20 pm, SAINT ALBANS, VT 05479

10-05-09 : NOA

11-10-09 : Bio

mine was 6-24 NOA1 and i just received an email 9-19 stating that my RFE was mailed that day.. yours should be coming soon.. good thing comes to those who wait :)

MY TIMELINE

05-18-2006 went home to the Philippines to visit her

06-02-2006 sent out I-129F

06-24-2006 NOA1

09-13-2006 TOUCHED for the first time :)

09-19-2006 IMBRA RFE mailed by CSC

09-20-2006 TOUCHED

09-23-2006 IMBRA RFE received

09-25-2006 IMBRA RFE mailed overnight to CSC

09-29-2006 IMBRA RFE received by CSC

10-01-2006 TOUCHED

10-16-2006 APPROVED via email!!!!!! (136 days later)

10-20-2006 received NOA2 in the mail

11-01-2006 Manila received

03-02-2007 Medical

03-09-2007 Interview

03-16-2007 Visa in hand

03-23-2007 flight to SFO

05-04-2007 civil wedding

09-07-2007 AOS interview

I got the same email on Sept. 16th for my RFE...finally! But still haven't received it in the mail. I hope they will move expedite those of us with IMBRA RFE's once the receive them back.
