From what I'm able to discern here, it's possible the visa application was refused because of Material Misrepresentation by the beneficary. If that is the case, the penalty is the beneficiary will have a lifetime ban from the US.

I guess you are right since there wouldn't have been an opportunity to make that "mistake" on the I-130. The petitioner should get ready to move.

how about this

this is not mistake , just mistake without knowldge not by purpose .if we ask someone may be not this happen can some one help this

Maybe I'm confused...Your wife; during her interview, told the CO that you met in February 2011 and married in March 2011. According your your original post you say that you knew your wife from 2009. Was your wife not aware that you knew each other in 2009?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
