Hi everyone!

I have a pending AOS case with USCIS.. my husband is deployed in iraq right now.. Last september 13 i requested for an expedite process.. This morning i received an email asking me to fax my husband's military orders for proof of his deployment.. So i faxed it before noon time.. And my bad i didnt able to put the "attn: LA0839 Div5 Tm2" on it,i just faxed to the number that they asked me to..

Will there be a problem on me didnt able to put the attn thingy?! I mean will they recognize it?! Or it is not a big deal as long as i did what they requested for?!

Thanks for the help! :-)

Why not just fax it again to be sure?

Out of interest why are you eligible for an expedite? You aren't going to Iraq with him are you?
