You should be able to go and ge5t SSN as you are married and all you need is your marriage cert and your passport for ID.

Yes you will need joint bank accounts and proof of co mingling with your husband. Copy of marriage cert is sent in with AOS application and wedding pics are for interview if you have one. Not all AOS have an interview.

You have not done AOS yet so I would not worry too much about interview and questions as it is a way down the track, AOS can take 4-6 months so don't worry about being rushed.

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month

The OP cannot get SSN because I-94 is expired. Op - You will have to wait until you get your EAD to get your SSN, as you know.

If you have an interview, you will get a detailed letter with everything that you must bring. There is no single "must-have" item. Joint accounts are one of the suggested evidences of a bona fide marriage, and most married couples have at least one, but there is no strict requirement to have it. Good luck.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
