My sister will be accompanying my wife here to the US. Now I've got a few questions so I can inform my sister on what to do when they get to JFK. Which forms would she have to fill out before reaching the immigration desk. Just the blue form or both the forms they give on the plane? And the second questions is, my sister is a us citizen, can she take my wife to that counter or does she have to go to the other line with my wife?

I do not know about JFK but in Denver they will only let one person go to the IO at a time. I was waiting for my wife to clear and standing at the exit of her line when I was told to "...please go around the corner, sir, and exit. Thank you" Your fiancee will need to fill out the I-94 only as she is not yet a LPR or US who are required to fill out the customs form. The I-94 is what is her proof that she is in the country legally. Once married and after you file the AOS, the expired I-94 is not a problem unless your then wife comes accross a CBP person. She could be detained, but if you can show you have filed the AOS you will be okay.

Good luck and I hope she has a safe trip,

Dave

The O.P. is an IR1/CR1 filer. The I-94 is irrelevant to him/her. For K-1 visa filers the I-94 is relevant.

The O.P. only has to worry about the US Customs form 6059B seen here http://www.ugandamission.net/travel/air/arriveus.html

Since the OP and his wife are already married, and his wife will be arriving on a CR-1 visa, they will not be filing for adjustment of status. When arriving on a CR-1 visa (an immigrant visa), the holder will receive a green card on arrival in the form of a I-551 stamp. The actual green card will arrive in the mail a short time later.

Since my wife is travelling to the US with my sister, does my wife have to fill out a separate cbp form or can my sister have her as family for my sister's form?

Oh one more question, can my wife go with my sister to the US citizen line of customs since my sister is a us citizen and they are now family?
