Hello everybody

Just wanna ask if the case number in our NOA2 the alien number as well?

Thanks

Hi Jason96 ~ the alien number is located on the NOA2 "immediately above the beneficiary's name" and it begins with the letter "A". It is a 9-digit number - example: A 123-456-789

Hope this helps and God bless.

A Case number is not an alien number.

An alien number is stated on the NOA2 as " Alien Number " or " A# "

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

1. You may or may not have an interview. Not everyone will have an interview who enters on a K-1

If you have an interview you will get a letter saying what other items to bring. Mostly affidavit from people who attended the wedding, cards written to both of you in congratulations, shared bank account etc.

2. Shared account is not required but is a good idea and one of the more looked for part of evidence.

3. You don't need your SSN to apply for AOS but you will need it for other things. Your I-94 is expired so yes you will need to wait till EAD arrives to get your SSN.
