Is anyone else weary of RON PAUL disciples?

First let me say, I kinda like Ron Pau, if it were down to him and Obamer... I'd absolutely vote for him BUt,

IN my circle of people I have to admit I am suffering from RON PAUL fatigue.

Seriously, The biggest problem with Ron Paul is he is a -One trick pony, no matter what the question or topic is.

Such as in the Debates, even when he answers on topic..... he somehow steers right back to The Fed, Foreign wars or the soundness of the dollar in his remaining time.

BUt Ron Paul has the most die hard supports who live eat and Breath FN RON PAUL, thats why I call them Disciples because they are "student followers" rather than just supporters.

Look Palin is not going to bang you for supporting her. She will not even give you the time of day. Palin is maybe the worst thing that could happen to this country besides Obama the Socialist. Maybe if you got very lucky you can go to one of her rallies and get a whiff of her skank family odors from afar.

I'm in total agreement. But I think there is the same type of worship among Obama and Palin supporters too. They are all three just politicians, I don't see what the big deal is.

The huge difference from my observation is, Obama supporters are running for the tall grass, totally on defense now.

And we hear of the Palin supporters and I suppose they are out there but does anyone know one?

I have not seen one Palin bumpersticker, even on-line I am the closest thing to a Palin supporter and my support is in the context of "if" it came down to Palin and Obama.

I can't count the number of Ron Paul support I see, I can't go onto Youtube without seeing new vids put up by average people I am subscribed too, I mean every day.

It's not that I am so critical of R.P. it's just the fervency of his supporters is unreal.

The "soundess of the dollar" is one of the most important parts of our economy and Fed policy has a direct effect on that. When you look at how many countries this US is in overseas for no reason other than brute strength as well, you realize he has valid points and the changes that could take place just by fixing those items would be astronomical.

OMG- so what should we be voting on? stupid issues like abortion, building stupid walls on the border, gay-rights, and other just inconsequential issues that only a select few even care about? While sure, maybe some of those issues matter to some people, in the whole scheme of things the 3 issues you posted are absolutely 3 of the most important reasons why someone votes for whoever it is they are voting for. You fix those 3 problems and life is good... for everyone. The other foolish issues I have listed above benefit only a small handful. I just can't beleive in this day and age people could vote for a president on such irrelevant issues... yet we've seen it happen over and over again.

Regarding Paul supporters? There are A LOT more of them then the media leads on for us to believe. If the vote occurred today, I could see Paul winning, regardless of what the polls say. 12 months from now... fogetabotit, Paul is going to have a double digit lead. I know so many die-hard Perry supporters here in Texas who are actually on the fence now to vote for Paul.

Forget it. Ron Paul stands no chance at all. If it looked like he had a chance both major parties would collude to assassinate him.
