I am wondering if my background the same now as it was when I submitted the I-129f application? And the same question for my then fiancee and now wife. Or is the background check for AOS different from the one for I-129f and K visa? Perhaps it is more in depth. Does the roughly one year difference from I-129f to AOS call for another background check for me and my love? Or is this just another indication that something is rotten in USCIS?

There is a background check for every kind of petition . It is never ending --get used to it and stay out of trouble .
