Hi guys

Here is my story.

I asked about waiver here before, know that I wont have any ban (3 or 10 years ban) bcs I only overstay for 14 days on b1b2 visa, but my problem is:

My Husband called Immigration office today. some kind of PBI? or something . They told my husband that somebody reported about me being overstay in USA.

and that guy he works at US Embassy , fraud department.

so my concert is: Since I already came back my country. when I apply for CR1 visa, will that be a problem? will I get approved or not?

Thanks!!!

Obviously you'll have to declare it on the forms, the DS230 to be correct, and be honest about it when asked. But it shouldn't have an impact on your Cr-1

Good luck

It'll be looked at, but since it was under 180 days , even under 20 days,

you'll be OK.

Worst case scenario, should I be wrong here -

is that after the visa interview for the CR-1/IR-1 - you'll have to file a waiver dealing with the overstay. The VO on interview day will tell you if you need the waiver, or not.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I know that if you fail interview you can apply for waiver or start all over again. does that mean that if I dont get approved i can start apply CR1 again? bcs I know waiver is really really hard to get approved.

waiver at GUZ IV for a 14 day overstay is actually not hard.

What you may be confused about is that most folk not need to file at waiver at GUZ IV, so you not hear much at waivers at GUZ IV here.
