RFE ON AOS PACKET

My RFE was on my AOS packet, they need my bank statements for my college checking account. I have gotten a copy of them and also have the checklist barcode NVC sent me. My question is, do I also submit a new i864 and submit that as well?

What did the RFE say exactly on the letter? If it said new i864 then yeah u have to resubmit that but i woudl think if its just requesting some bank statements then thats what you send with the letter... (be sure to make a copy of the letter before you send it back witht he docs)

thats what im confused about. On the checklist letter its ays "please pay specific attention to the questions marked in the attached I-864/A checklist. You will need to complete and submit a new form with the changes noted on the attached checklist"

So submit another i864?

just call the NVC and talk to an operator.....and if you r able to understand the first person what they actually need from you...just send that..........but if you dont understand call again and speak to a different operator.
