Do tax transcripts 'expire'?

Do tax transcripts expire?

I'm (impatiently) waiting for the IRS to post them to me. Am I able to simply submit copies that I submitted for our K1 visa for AOS? Or do I have to wait for these new ones to arrive?

Alternatively, are the 'faxed' versions acceptable for submitting with the I-864?

I dont about the fax versions but I sent in copies of the same IRS transcripts for AOS as I did for K1. I had no issues.

No your tax transcripts doesn't expire as far as USCIS is concern, your taxes information is in IRS files to stay until life on earth ends.

Absolutely use the ones you have. The faxed versions are kinda messy in my opinion, but they're good too.

I ordered 2 copies of each tax transcript .I send in one and kept the other . Transcripts are your tax information that you filed for each year --they do not expire . You onlu have to submit last year and 2 prior years (optional )
