Can you VJ members have a look at my final Cover Letter for I 130 & I 485 Concurrent filling for my F1- status wife?? I am ready to send these all document in the order of shown below.

Make sure you don't need form i-693 (medical exam) for your wife.Are all your documents in English ? If not you need translations.

Are you saying I dont need to send I 693???

she was checked by USCIS Civil Surgeon and have obtained a signed copy of her medical report !!!

You need to submit the i-693 for sure (not a cheap and easy form to complete).But i think it can be submitted at the interview too (as long as it is still in the sealed enveloppe) but sending it with everything else is a fastest and more efficient way.

What about translations? (you don't mention any).

we have our both birth certificates in English...so i havent certified and translated...

thought it would be okey

as far as marriage certificate, we got married here, and i do have marriage certificate from county office...again not certified !!!
