What documents did you include in your aos package or are bringing to interview?

Are children born to you and your spouse good enough evidence of a bono fide marriage?

Having children is not some sort of "magic bullet" regarding proof of a legitimate relationship. They are a part of the evidence that one would submit to show a comingling of lives. Finances are a big thing. The guides here on VJ give a good starting point.

No children aren't enough. You need to show proof of financial co-mingling, joint liabilities and ongoing relationship.
