Good Morning,

I am in the process of filling out the AOS paperwork for my now wife (K1) and her son (K2) and have a question.

Reading through the FAQ here and the governments directions for each form, I need some clarification.

1. Do I need to send any medical examination paperwork as we are filing well before the one-year cutoff? Vaccination records?

Thank you,

your exams from the visa interview should already be in the files and as long as it has been less than a year you do not need to send new. as for the vaccinations, as long as the ds-3025 was also in the poe packet and it is complete, then you are ok as well. if not then you will need to submit vaccination history

YMMV

Your wife may or may not have been given a DS3025 after her medical. It is a form signed by the CS that did her medical and will have all the immunizations on it. If she has that you send that in with your I-485. I also filled out the top part of the I-693 and attached a note saying since my medical was done within the year I was just sending the DS3025. This has worked for many people I have talked to.....Hope everything goes smoothly with your AOS.
