We are June Filers also. I think maybe a week before you, so we were thinking sometime in October. However I just wrote a letter to the US senator responsible for the USCIS in Vermont, as well as the

NOA2 comes usually it takes 5 months or 6. But some cases take like 8 months to a year. Good luck to all of you waiting for NOA2. Hope you will receive it ealier than you expect.

WOW! that's so harsh... what happened? (sigh) the crash on the graph is like a crashed petition... but we'll all still keep on being positive on this until 5 months is done... 5 months still no NOA2?

Why do they have an online case status for us but they aren't consistent with it? As in updating some people's but not everyones? Either you do it right or you don't do it. And it's a simple online status updater...it isn't that hard! C'mon USCIS...!!

Such as tease...can't wait til my 5 months of waiting to be over to call them up and file a service request (whatever that will do).

Contacted local congressman to help expedite case at VSC for NOA2. (Definitely helped!)

Here is some hope for everyone.....

My petition has been approved with a NOA! date of JUNE 14. I waited for 136 days for a long time.

Just don't give up and always remember that your turn will come soon.

We have sttod by and watched others get approved and now its our turn.

Goodluck everyone and may the force and God's will be upon us all.
